Fen Ikner is a Brooklyn-based multi-instrumentalist and producer/engineer who has performed with and/or recorded countless acts over the years.

Fen grew up in the mean streets of Lewisburg, WV, playing multiple instruments from a young age. He moved to Buffalo, NY as a teenager and hung around for 10 years or so playing with seminal Buffalo bands Mexican Cession and Knife Crazy, among others, while honing his recording skills.

In 2007, he moved to Tucson and quickly became entrenched in the local music scene, working with Seashell Radio, Calexico, and many others. He also worked at Cloud Microphones, with whom he brought to bear the Cloud JRS-34 microphone and Cloudlifter preamp.

In 2012, he moved to Brooklyn, NY where he continues to write about himself in the third person even though he was sick of it before he even started. He’ll stop now, if it’s all the same to you. Go look at the Videos or Discography or something. Go on.
